Plowman Chambers welcomes the joining of Priscilia Lam



Priscilia was called to the Bar in 2000, she practices in all areas of law with a main emphasis on criminal litigation at all level of courts, as well as regulatory and disciplinary cases. She has acted for the prosecution and defence in a wide spectrum of criminal cases including national security/public order event cases, commercial crime, money laundering, corruption, sexual offences and a myriad of other criminal offences. She also has experience in handling SFC and disciplinary matters.



Priscilia is an experienced mediator and she has been appointed as a mediator in a variety of cases including personal injury, medical negligence, contractual and employment disputes. She also had appeared as an advocate in arbitral hearings as well as having been appointed as the sole arbitrator in an arbitration proceeding.
