Kenny was called to the Bar in 2014. 

Kenny's practise is predominantly in criminal law and regulatory offences. He regularly defends cases in a wide spectrum, ranging from commercial crime, corruption, money laundering, violent crimes, sexual offences, dangerous drugs, road traffic offences, to Customs & Excise and Immigration offences as well as departmental summonses.

Further to his criminal practice, Kenny also maintains a general civil practice with experience in adverse possession, contracts, defamation, personal injuries and general torts claim.

Kenny sat as Deputy Magistrate in 2022.
