Priscilia Lam (now Priscilia Lam SC) and Ching Him Ho secured unanimous acquittals for D4 for all charges in “Dragon Slayers” case

In Hong Kong’s first prosecution brought under the United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Ordinance (Cap 575) - otherwise known as the“Dragon Slayers”(屠龍小隊) case (HKSAR v Lee Ka Tin, Christian (D4) and others HCCC 164/2022 & HCCC 255/2023), Priscilia Lam (as Priscilia Lam SC then was) and Ching Him Ho successfully secured unanimous acquittals for D4, who was charged with (1) conspiracy to commit bombing of prescribed objects, (2) conspiracy to cause explosion, (3) conspiracy to commit murder and possession of arms and (4) possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life.
