Aaron was called to the Bar in 2019. He has developed a broad practice across criminal and civil matters, appearing at various levels of the courts.

Before joining Chambers, he served as a Government Counsel at Hong Kong’s Department of Justice, advising on a range of matters including reforms to Hong Kong’s criminal law regime. His work covered the Crimes (Amendment) Bill 2021 (now enacted), which introduced offences such as voyeurism.

He holds an LLB and an LLM in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong, as well as an LLM from the University of Cambridge, and was awarded multiple scholarships during his studies.

He accepts instructions in all areas of practice and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
