Eileen joined Chambers upon completion of her pupillage with Mr. Derek Chan SC, Ms. Maggie Wong SC, Mr. Osmond Lam, Mr. Eugene Yim and Mr. Isaac Chan.

Prior to joining Chambers, she obtained her LLB and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong. She then obtained her Masters of Laws (International Dispute Resolution) from King’s College London. During her LLM, she represented KCL in the 2022 Day of Crisis Moot Competition held by The Hague Academy of International Law, where her team won Best Written Submissions and third place in Best Team.

Eileen is developing a broad civil and criminal practice, with experience in white-collar crime, matrimonial matters, personal injuries, land disputes, torture claims appeal board and medical council. She has appeared both as sole advocate and led junior in various levels of courts in Hong Kong.

Eileen accepts instructions in all areas, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
