In a series of 2 cases handed down by the Competition Tribunal (Competition Commission v Quadient Technologies Hong Kong Limited and Ors CTEA 1/2021 [2023] HKCT 1 and Competition Commission v Gray Line Tours of Hong Kong Limited and Ors CTEA 1/2022 [2023] HKCT 2) the principles governing the treatment of confidential information contained in the statement of facts used in the Carecraft / Kam Kwong procedure are considered.
